GOPUFF x SKITTLES LIVE BIG GAME COMMERCIAL CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS VALID ONLY IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND IS OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE PERSONS AS DEFINED BELOW. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, IN ALASKA AND HAWAII, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND PRIZE PROVIDER (BOTH AS DEFINED BELOW), WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR DO NOT MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
1. CONTEST NAME
This promotion is titled the “Gopuff x Skittles Live Big Game Commercial Contest” (the “Contest”).
2. CONTEST PERIOD
Contest entry is scheduled to begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 13, 2026 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on January 21, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the Continental United States, in Hawaii and Alaska, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Who May Enter
The Contest is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry and at the time of prize fulfillment:
(a) Are legal residents of the Continental United States, as determined by Sponsor;
(b) Are 18 years of age or older;
(c) Have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo ID;
(d) Have a current Gopuff account registration as of the date and time of entry and as of the date and time of winner selection; and
(e) Own and currently reside in a single-family home or similar detached dwelling with a front yard suitable for outdoor staging of a live performance, as determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider in their sole discretion.
3.2 Who May Not Enter
The following persons are not eligible:
(a) Individuals who rent, lease, or otherwise do not own their residence;
(b) Individuals residing in apartments, condominiums, townhomes, shared properties, or any residence without a private, exclusive front yard;
(c) Employees, officers, and directors of GoBrands, Inc. d/b/a Gopuff (“Sponsor”), Mars Wrigley Confectionery US, LLC (“Prize Provider”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the foregoing persons, whether or not related.
For purposes of this Contest, “immediate family members” include parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step-grandchildren), and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence.
3.3 Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and home ownership status at any time, including via copy of deed, mortgage statement, property tax bill, government record search, or other means, including photo and/or video review of the property. Failure to provide proof in a form acceptable to Sponsor will result in disqualification.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:
· Visit the Website: Go to www.DeliverTheRainbow.com (the "Website").
· Complete the Entry Form: Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the required registration information (e.g., full name, email address, phone number, and physical address).
· Written Submission: Submit an original written response to the prompt provided on the Website (the "Submission").
· Requirements: Submissions must be in English and comply with the word count limits and content guidelines specified in these Official Rules and on the Website.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/Gopuff account for the duration of the Contest Period. Use of automated entry systems or multiple identities or accounts to circumvent entry limits is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Use of artificial intelligence, script, macro, or other means to create the Submission is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries on behalf of others is prohibited. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Entrants agree that Sponsor may contact them via phone, email, mail or text for Contest administration and promotional communications. Opt-out of promotional communications is available anytime by following the directions provided in the communication.
5.1 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS & CONSTRAINTS
All written entries must adhere to the following technical and content specifications. Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification:
· Word Count: Submissions must be at least 50 words but no more than 250 words in length.
· Format: Submissions must be entered directly into the text field on the Website. File uploads (e.g., .pdf, .docx) will not be accepted.
· Originality: The Submission must be the entrant’s own original work, created solely by the entrant for this Contest. It must not have been previously published or won any prior awards.
· AI Clause: The use of Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft or refine the Submission is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to use detection tools to verify the human origin of the text.
· Content Restrictions: The Submission must not contain:
o Trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by Sponsor or Prize Provider.
o Any content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activities, violates the rights of any third party, or is otherwise inappropriate or not in keeping with Sponsor’s and/or Prize Supplier’s image. All as determined by the parties, in their sole and absolute discretion.
o Personal private information (e.g., phone numbers or financial details) within the body of the text.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify an entry for any reason, including, without limitation, for failure to comply with the requirements set forth herein, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
5.2 Rights Granted
By entering, you grant Sponsor and Prize Provider and their respective licensees, successors, designees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the Submission and all elements of such Submission, together with any other material, and your name, city and state of residence, home exterior, voice, image and/or likeness (including, but not limited to, profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. You agree that, if required by Sponsor and/or Prize Supplier, you will sign documents to this effect. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Submissions by third parties. Sponsor and Prize Supplier have no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein..
6. LIMITATIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or Website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the winner determination procedure outlined above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
7. WINNER SELECTION, JUDGING, AND VERIFICATION
7.1 Contest of Skill
This is not a sweepstakes. No random drawing. Skill determines winner. All eligible entries received will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the below judging criteria to determine one (1) winner.
7.2 Judging Criteria (100-point scale)
(a) Creativity and originality (0–40 points)
(b) Skittles spirit — fun, color inspiration, brand alignment (0–30 points)
(c) Storytelling & Communication (0–30 points)
The entrant who submitted the entry receiving the highest score will be deemed the potential winner. In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker judge will judge the tied entries using the above stated criteria to determine the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to not award the prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive any eligible and qualified entries. All decisions of the Sponsor and judges are final and binding. Sponsor will not reveal the judging scores for any entry.
7.3 Notification and Verification
Potential winner notified on or about January 21, 2026 via phone or email.
Potential winner must:
(a) Confirm eligibility and willingness to accept the prize;
(b) Undergo and successfully pass a comprehensive background check, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
(c) Complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release as well as any other required documentation within 3 days from date of issuance
(d) Provide proof of home ownership in a form acceptable to Sponsor;
(e) Provide detailed photos and/or video of the exterior of the home and front yard;
(f) Permit a virtual or in-person site inspection; and
(g) Agree to production timing requirements.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, does not respond to the initial notification within the time period specified by Sponsor, fails to comply with all requirements set forth herein and/or these Official Rules or chooses to decline the prize, the potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the runner-up may be contacted if time allows. If winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to require the winner’s parent or legal guardian also sign all required documentation. Decisions are final.
8. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) grand prize is available which consists of a Live Commercial Performance by Ejiah Wood (or other performer to be determined by Prize Supplier) to take place in winner’s front yard on February 8, 2026 during the big game which will be streamed live on a platform determined by Sponsor. For the avoidance of doubt, the commercial will not air as part of any commercial beak of the big game broadcast.
Winner understands that the Sponsor will bring and/or require the following in order to fulfill the prize:
(a) Production crew, equipment, and staging;
(b) Branded décor and set elements;
(c) Filming and recording for potential promotional use;
(d) Limited temporary access to property for setup, show, and teardown; and
(e) additional actors and personnel.
Prize execution subject to weather, safety, permits, and cooperation of winner. Production may be paused, altered, or canceled due to security or safety issues. The prize has no value. Winner agrees to abide by all rules and regulations for prize execution provided by Sponsor. Failure to do may result in forfeiture of prize. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (if any) associated with acceptance and use of the prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://legal.gopuff.com/policies/en/.
Winners LIST: To receive the winners list (first name, last initial and state of residence), send an email to: Ryan.Dolan@gopuff.com, by no later than 30 days after the end of the Contest.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Supplier, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, phone calls, messages, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the Website.
11. GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes resolved individually in state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
No class actions. No punitive or consequential damages. Recovery limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
